Special Panel Members:
Dr. Nyo Win graduated from R.I.T 1965 with a B.S.M.E, earned his MS from Illinois Institute of Technology, and received his PhD in M.E from U.C Berkeley. He joined the nuclear industry where he spent seven years with GE. He later earned an MBA from Santa Clara University. He spent 18 years with HP/Agilent. He is currently Deputy Director for Testing Services at TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company).

 

Sa Ya Allen Htay graduated from BS(Eng) from Rangoon University and former lecture of Civil Engineering Department at RIT. He holds Master from Harvard University. He held various titles as Soil Engineer, Civil Engineer, and also Principal Research Associate in numerous organizations. He is currently Transportation Engineer at California Department of Transportation.
 
Benny Tan graduated from the R.I.T in 1970 and received his M.S in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley in 1973. Benny Tan worked for the State Public Utilities Commission and held various titles and retired from the position of acting Principal Engineer and Branch Chief. He and his wife are also very successful Entrepreneurs with many years of experience in retail and real estate.
 
Maurice Chee, P.E, C.I.P.E graduated from the R.I.T(Rangoon Institute Technology) in Mechanical Engineering. He is currently a Principal Engineer at Bureau Of Engineering, DPW City & County Of San Francisco.
 
Daniel Maung received Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from M.I.T (Massachusetts Institute Technology). He has held various design and applications engineering positions at HP Labs, Intel, and Cadence Design Systems. He currently manages an applications engineering team at Magma, a leading electronic design automation (EDA) software company.
