Primary Job Responsibilities : Perform all duties related to fixed asset accounting. This includes: creating fixed assets in SAP, transferring assets, disposing assets, recording monthly depreciation, recording monthly fixed asset accruals, maintaining the fixed asset module in SAP, reconciling the fixed asset sub-ledger to the general ledger, prepare monthly fixed asset roll-forward schedule and quarterly depreciation reasonableness schedule. ? Perform other fixed asset duties such as streamline the fixed asset tagging process, update and document fixed asset polices and procedures, and perform physical inventory of fixed assets. ? Perform month-end close duties such as working with Financial Analysts in recording accruals, review trended expenses, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and perform balance sheet flux analysis. ? Responsible for recording cash-related transactions and prepare cash reconciliations. ? Prepare quarter-end and year-end audit schedules.

Job Requirements

? 3-4 years experience preferably in a medium to large size company performing general ledger functions ? Be detail-oriented, flexible, and possess strong communication skills ? Be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision ? Be able to prioritize workload and perform well in a multi-task, changing environment ? BS degree

? SAP experience a plus

Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
