The Burmese Community has been deeply touched by unfathomable tragedy that has happened in the United States of America. Our community has been profoundly moved by the unity, heroism and compassion at these tragic disasters.

To show our compassion, our community will be leading a candle light vigil, interfaith service and fund raising for the victims and relief efforts:

All Burmese Americans and friends are cordially invited to participate in this event to pay our deepest sympathy to the victims, their families and loved ones, and to pay our tribute to the heroic fellow relief-workers. 

We urge everyone to participate, and together we will make a difference to show our community existence, unity, solidarity and compassions.

Please note that this is an outdoor event so be sure to wear sufficiently warm clothing.
